Use of ChatSOP
ChatSOP provides AI support, chatbot, knowledge base, analytics, and related dashboard tools. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for the content, websites, files, and prompts you upload.
Subscriptions and Add-ons
Paid plans and add-ons renew according to the billing interval selected at checkout. Paddle may collect taxes and process payment details. Plan limits, employee seats, message allowances, and add-on features apply as shown on the billing page.
Acceptable Use
You may not use ChatSOP to abuse third-party services, send unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, overload systems, or collect sensitive data without a lawful basis.
Service Changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We will aim to keep customer-impacting changes clear and reasonable.
