ChatSOP processes workspace account details, employee invites, billing status, chatbot configuration, visitor chat messages, visitor identifiers, email details provided in chat, IP addresses, uploaded knowledge, and product usage data.
How We Use Data
We use this information to provide support automation, route conversations, enforce plan limits and rate limits, improve reliability, send account and billing emails, and protect the service from misuse.
Service Providers
We may use infrastructure, email, payment, database, analytics, and AI providers to operate ChatSOP. Payment details are handled by Paddle and are not stored directly by ChatSOP.
Customer Responsibilities
Workspace owners should only upload content they are allowed to process and should configure chatbots, visitor prompts, retention practices, and legal notices for their own websites appropriately.
